First remove the nozzle, remember that the nozzle mirror should not touch anything. Remove the ink bag first, then remove the ink bag fixing frame, and then remove the three screws fixing the nozzle, take the nozzle out smoothly, and remove the two data cables. When removing, try to pay attention to the ink, do not make the above whole ink, so as to clean the next step.

After the nozzle is removed, clean the attached glass syringe under the condition that the oil cleaning solution is not polluted by dust (oil cleaning solution is used for outdoor sprinkler, water cleaning solution is used for indoor sprinkler) (Note: there are no impurities in the glass syringe). It comes with a silicone tube about 10 cm long. Please ensure that there are no impurities in the tube before use, and beware of blocking the nozzle.

Connect the silicone tube to the syringe, pump the oily cleaning solution into the syringe, connect the other end of the tube to the nozzle, and then gently push the cleaning solution into the nozzle, so that the cleaning solution flows out from the bottom of the nozzle (Note: do not use too much force to avoid damaging the nozzle).

Cleaning operation:

1. During the cleaning process, pay attention not to pour the cleaning solution into the chip of the data line of the insert nozzle, and tilt the other end as far as possible to avoid the inflow of the cleaning solution.

2. Do not push the syringe too hard during cleaning, otherwise it will cause the tube connected to the nozzle to open. Press and hold the nozzle connection port during cleaning to avoid unnecessary trouble.

3. After cleaning the mirror at the bottom of the nozzle will remain waste ink, you can use the relevant container to pour the cleaning liquid into the container (oily cleaning liquid is corrosive, careful container will be perforated leakage), the nozzle mirror soak in the cleaning liquid (note: only the mirror soak in the inside, other parts do not need to soak, soaking time is about 1-2 hours).

4. After soaking, take out the nozzle and wipe the residual cleaning liquid on it (note: do not wipe the mirror with paper towels). After cleaning, you can use plastic wrap to seal and store, and do not vigorously wrap. Do not bump the mirror after wrapping.
